I drove up to the drive thru window to only be greeted by the rudest staff. She went over my order with me but she had a very strong accent and didn't understand what she was saying, when she had to repeat a few times, she rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude. It sounded like she was saying "Milk", I was trying to explain to her that I did not order milk. She got upset and started yelling at me like it was my fault and said I didn;t say Milk I said meal!. She handed me the interac machine but forgot to enter my purchase, so I waited patiently. After a minute, she rudely replies, well are you not going to put your card in? I said if you would have pressed whatever button you are supposed to press, I would have been done with the interac machine. She started yelling at me again, at this point I asked to speak with the manager on duty. She kept arguing again. I told her I am not leaving this window until I speak to your manager. She then gets more upset walks away from the window and yells out loud, why is everybody rude to me??? I told her, everybody is rude to you because you are rude to customers. She then replies with "I DON'T CARE". She demands that I pay, I said not until I speak with your manager. She realizes I refuse to budge. Manager comes to the window and asked what happened? as I am trying to explain the story to him, you can hear her in the background still being rude, while the manager is trying to figure what happened. The Manager told her to be quiet. The Manager was kind enough to understand my frustration and took action. This young lady should be removed from any customer related duties as she clearly doesn't know how to keep herself composed and professional. Read moreWent to this McDonald's today with my wife, son and mother. Altogether we spent well over $40.00. Both my son and I enjoy dipping our fries into some bbq sauce. Today however, when I asked for 2 sauces, 1 for my son and 1 for myself we were informed that we were going to be charged for this by the manager Jeff Robinson. We then sit down to eat, and my mother, who has high blood pressure, had asked for no salt on her fries, ended up with salt on her fries. When I went to ask for this to be corrected, again the manager, being the unpleasant man he seems to be, made me feel as though this was somehow my fault. I truly feel bad for those who work under this Jeff Robinson. He belittles his staff in front of customers, is harsh with them and makes the atmosphere truly stressful. While waiting 5 minutes for my mother's fries, 2 separate people came to complain about errors in their orders. I understand that McDonald's, as a whole wants to cut down on waste and I'm all for this. But, when a reasonable request for 2 sauces is made with a purchase of over $40.00, why not make the customer feel valued. Honestly, there is much more waste by messing up multiple orders a day, throwing out that food, and making new stuff. If this McDonald's had a better manager, I bet the waste would diminish significantly since the staff would be far less stressed. I will never, ever return to this particular location. The staff is friendly and kind, but the manager cares nothing for you as a customer. Half of the pops in the fountain machine do not work and both ketchups were empty. Read moreIf I could give a 0, I would. Went into the drive thru less then an hour ago and the employee starts yelling at us. "YO, THIS LANE IS CLOSED, YOU NO SEE TRASH CAN?" I told her no, there is a trash can in between both lanes but it isn't closing off any lane. She then goes "well I can't serve you, go back around". I advised her I didn't remove the trash can (too lazy for that, that's why I'm in drive thru!) and that I'll just order at the window. She yells and states they can't serve us as we removed the trash can. At this point we get frustrated because we didn't move the can and she is being very rude, yelling, and accusatory. I ask for a supervisor and she states she is one. I ask for a manager and she goes off. My sister asks her why she's being so rude and yelling and what kind of customer service is this. She yells louder and when we matched her vibe, she went off. When we got to the window, we were recieved by the supervisor and manager who both told us to shut up and listen. They say they have us on camera removing the can, then say they can't access the camera when requested and we'd have to come in the morning for that. When we said we won't go before we see the camera, they threatened to call the police and shut the window on us.
