McDonald's — Restaurant in Ottawa

One of the drive through workers was horrrrrribly impatient, so much so that I could barely even speak to order without her cutting me off. They did not have one item that my child had asked for and then I needed one moment to ask what she wanted and this was literally impossible for this worker and she kept badgering us to drive forward to the next window. We had already told her what the choice was but due to her multiple interruptions she did not hear me and again continued to badger about moving forward. I had to tell her no and to be quiet to allow me to order. I would order a meal and she would rush and interrupt me and say drink without allowing me to say the size of the fry or the sauce etc and it caused more time to be taken. Finallllly when we got through it, we got to her window, she stuck the payment device out her window didn't say a word and I paid however due to not knowing the price I was 1$ short on the card I had used so it had to be done at the next window. This lady was extremely impatient and should not have a job working with customers 🙄 a complaint has been filed with her number but seriously if you encounter her call her out on it and don't let her badger you like that. This has to be the SLOWEST McDonalds I've ever been to on my 30 years on this Earth. All I ordered was a large fry and a small drink and it took the 5 people working there 10 minutes to get my order. The girl literally took the entire ten minutes holding the fries to walk over and put them in the bag, it actually looked like she was walking in slow motion! Literally, I've never seen anyone move that slow ever! She even stood there for 3 minutes after putting it in the bag and they all stood around before she decided to bring the bag over. She handed me the fries finally and didn't even have my drink cup ready and tool another lifetime to get the cup... honestly I will never come to this McDonalds again holy hell I went back in time. McDonalds just hire robots, they work faster than that. The most painful visit I've had...

I was very disappointed with the condition of the restaurant. Half of the restaurant was blocked off. The tables were dirty, and food trays lying on them. My partner was in a wheelchair, and the designated table for disabled customers was wrapped in caution tape. When I asked for a table for us, I was told to sit anywhere. The supervisor didn’t notice the mess. An employee came out to the table, and put his cleaner and rag on the table in front of us. He then walked away. We cleaned our table. The soft drink dispenser options were reduced to four. The self serve area was sticky- no napkins, straws, etc. I used my cane to push the garbage further into the bin so as to be able to throw out garbage.
