Milano Pizza Ottawa - Bank Street — Restaurant in Ottawa

I never had pizza from here before and now I never will. Guy there is very rude and blamed me saying this was my “fault.”

I placed an online order and saw the promotion of free 1/2 cheese curds for every med/LG pizza order. I ordered the large pizza and added the curds to the cart and followed the prompt to get the FREE order promo.

His theory was that you don’t add the free curds to the cart. It automatically is added with the order if you just type the saying in the message box. I said that I added them to get them. He then said it was the same price regardless if I take the one of the curds out. I needed two items at least, apparently to him. If you look at the images you’ll see that’s false. He said he cannot remove them as he would be wasting food.

In the screenshot, it says you cannot combine it with more than one offer. You don’t need to purchase a minimum of two items either. One med or LG Pizza and that is it.

What would have costed the restaurant just cheese curds, costed them a LG pizza and two cheese curds. I said keep it, I’m not paying...
