I’ve given this place way too many chances because I used to love their aƧaĆ bowl, but for about a year now, both the staff and the food quality have gone downhill. I’m writing this review with genuine regret, because there have been many times I’ve wanted to post it before, but I kept holding back to give them another shot. First, the kitchen is always closed ridiculously early — even though they claim to be open until 5 PM. What’s the point of saying you’re open until 5 when you never have the menu available and close the kitchen at 2? I honestly don’t understand how hard it is to make a sandwich. Twice, I called ahead to place an order for pickup, only to be told the kitchen was already closed… at 3 PM. One of those times, I asked the girl on the phone to transfer me to the manager because I couldn’t understand how they could be ā€œclosedā€ for an order so early. That’s when she said they would make an exception and prepare the bowl I had requested. On top of that, they NEVER have the tuna sandwich — there’s always some excuse. And sadly, even the aƧaĆ bowl itself, which used to be amazing, is now always runny like a smoothie instead of having the right, thick consistency. The staff is consistently unfriendly, and the overall experience has become extremely unpleasant. It’s sad to see, but I won’t be coming back. This place used to be full of customers, and now it’s always empty — and I finally understand why

PSA: their acai bowls are premade in little baggies, so they cannot accomodate any allergies. All of their acai bowls have mango, so if you have a mango allergy they can only do a smoothie with acai bowl toppings, which is what I did. It was okay, but a little bit watery. The toppings were great. They also told me that they are phasing protein powder out of their acai bowls and will be charging for that starting soon. Not the end of the world, but just something to be aware of. I got the impression that they are already not including protein powder in the bowls, but will add it for no charge if you ask, at least until they change the advertised list of ingredients to not include it.

There is a new location inside the Mercato Zacconi on Preston which is where I discovered this masterpiece. I've been twice now and can't wait to return again and again. Each time I've had a smoothie bowl and brought home some juices for my busy work week. Everything I've tasted has been so fresh and divine! The location has patio seating which I enjoyed. It's also not too far from Dow's Lake. The owner is a gem and remembered me when I visited for the second time. It's feel good food with a feel good atmosphere. Do something for yourself and visit! Ten stars 🤩

Came here because they advertise as a full espresso bar. It's not and they shouldn't advertise as such. Secondly, after I ordered I waited over 12 minutes for an Americano! The employee working the cash was more interested in taking orders than being a 'barista'. I watched her start a cappuccino only to let the shot of espresso sit for over 5 mins getting cold. When she returned back to the coffee station, she was frothing the milk and did it too long: you can tell the mylk was scalded and getting burnt, so happy that wasn't my drink. The "barista" went back to taking more orders before moving onto my Americano. At this point she pulls the shot of espresso and lets it sit, turning around to turn ON a kettle to boil water! Thus further delaying my coffee drink. Lastly, upon checking my credit card as I paid with Google Pay, I noticed the charge was $3.89 for a $2.75 drink.... $2.75 + 13% tax is $3.11, so some how RAW is overbilling customers.... I'm so glad I didn't tip PRIOR to service. It's insulting RAW is expecting a 25% tip on their electronic payments device. I won't be coming back...

Great quality and ambience! I'm very happy to discover this place. A very clean and welcoming space. Relaxing music and helpful service. It's good to be free from the fussy waiters, by the way šŸ˜‰ They carry a reasonable selection of healthy and nutritious options to choose from with consideration for both vegan and non-vegan choices. Especially pleased with the freshness and quality of ingredients: the vegetables are crunchy and the dressings enhance the flavor of the dish instead of overpowering it. Greatly apreciated numerous tea and herb combinations instead of omnipresent sugary and/or alcoholic beverages! Portion size is quite sufficient. So much so in fact that I will probably try to ask to skip noodles next time. Another thing is that chopsticks would be a more convenient tool to use šŸ˜… Overall: thank you for the great...
