Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ottawa

I went here tonight around 7:30 pm I ordered what I thought was clearly spoken I asked for grande nachos loaded I asked for extra beef cheese sauce and pico on the side I also asked for fresh tomatoes and extra lettuce. My order number was 428, the cashier proceeded to charge me for three beef supreme grande taco which had beans in it. I never would have ate or ordered this because I’m allergic to the beans. When I went up to have them correct the issue the staff proceeded to argue with me telling me this is what I ordered and this is how it’s always been made, but I had asked for loaded nachos which doesn’t have beans so not only was I over charged for two extra taco meals I didn’t even get the correct food, and nobody bothered to even correct the error to busy trying to argue with...

So to be upfront I myself am not a big fan of Tex Mex seasoning thus I'm not a big fan of Mexican or American Mexican food. That being said my eight year old son wanted to go to Taco Bell for his birthday after seeing one of their commercials. He was very impressed and enjoyed his food immensely. My wife and I rolling your eyes as we ordered, have to admit grudgingly for fast food that it wasn't bad. The service was quick and prompt like most fast food restaurants so there were no complaints there. I just spent 40$ at this restaurant through Uber eats. They didn’t include any of the additional cheese we asked for on any of the food. They say you can have 5 hot sauces but only let you pick four. Then they send you none. This is my third order from them. Same every time. I even wrote in my order “I’ve paid for extra cheese and would like all the hot sauces I chose” and still received none.
