Stopped by today on my break today to get a slush and waited at the front of the line for ten minutes while the girl working walked back and forth fixing machines and ignoring the line. I tried to speak to her once and she turned her back on me. When my entire fifteen minute break was over and she still hadn’t acknowledged me I walked away. I stopped by the end of the counter to politely inform her that she had a line of upset kids waiting, that I would have waited longer but my break was over, and the attitude and tone I got in return was beyond rude. Apparently she spent fifteen minutes making one drink she hadn’t even completed when I left. We drove down to get 6 frozen yogurts. The guy told us the frozen yogurt machine is closed because he already washed it…. It was 8:40 pm when we arrived and they close at 9:00pm. He said the frozen yogurt machine closes at 8:30pm but there no indication of that any where. It seemed like he didn’t want to serve us because it would require him to clean the machine again, I was not aware the employees can choose to close any part of the store on their terms. “ because I washed it” already is what he said. It has every form of ice cream you can think of soft, hard, sorbet, frozen yogurt, slushies, sundaes, banana splits, milkshakes, frappacino/icecapp style Frozen coffees and a "blended" ice cream called Hurrycanes that is made with REAL ice-cream (unlike competitors which aren't technically made with enough Creme to be legally called ice cream). Not only that but they load up that hurrycane real good with toppings you want and even add a few extra on top for that finishing touch.
