I had a terrible experience at this location august 22nd 2025 at 7-7:30pm. I online ordered the steak & cheddar artisan sandwich through the online app and had only selected mayo for the sauces. When I got the sandwich it came with a mustard tasting sauce which they said was some kind of bbq sauce that I hated. I tried exchanging the sandwich for one without the sauce and the shift manager at the time, extremely rudely, told me that it wasn't their fault and that she would get in trouble in the morning if she made me one without the sauce. I agree that the fault goes to the app for not showing the "bbq sauce" in the sauce section but this person which I unfortunatly did no get the name of, was being very mean and seemed like she had no care in the world for the customers. She was very rude and was raising her voice at almost all the customers if they didn't move fast enough for her. She messed up my order and gave a regular lemonade instead. I simply asked her to make up the correct drinks please, but she insisted that was what I had ordered and was yelling at me to "COME OVER HERE SIR!" repeatedly to pay for the mistake. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons Bayshore. One of the staff members, whose name tag said “SLOW,” was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful during my visit. His attitude was dismissive, and he showed no interest in providing even basic customer service. I felt disrespected and unwelcome.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident. The overall customer service from the team was well below the standard I’ve come to expect from Tim Hortons. Politeness and professionalism were severely lacking. It felt like the staff had little to no training in how to interact respectfully with customers.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure staff treat all customers with the courtesy and professionalism that the Tim Hortons brand...
