Too bad customer service!!!👎👎👎👎👎 I asked them for double toasted for my sandwich and didn't even toste it!!! I asked little to fix the sugar of Ice coffee the employee on the cashier was too rude with me he changed the cup and hit it in a rude way!! He was too rude with me!!👎 Although I paid and I didn't get it for free for sure!!! I just wasted my money!! He having me dirty face!!!!👎 I hope that you can change this staff as soon as it possible!, I worked as a customer service but I never treat my customers like this! Although not all the customers good with me but it's my job and I have to give a good service we deserve to get a good service we was polite with them! We are in Canada the...

Zero urgency in any aspect! For a school with so many potential customers, I don't understand why the owners don't get on the employees running the sandwich station for moving so slow.

I got there and no one was in line. After ordering, the employee prepped my wrap and left it on the cutting board instead of placing it in the hot press. They then put together 5 more wraps before ever placing one (or two) of them in the hot press. It sat there for nearly 5 minutes before it was tasted...that was the only thing I ordered.

These employees wouldn't last one shift at a McDonalds...and that isn't...

Im getting sick of coming in every night before work & not getting the 2 espresso shots I pay for in my ice cap.. idk how many times I’ve wasted 8$ for a large caramel ice cap without shots?

You clearly aren’t training your employees as a person who works pretty much next to you we wouldn’t mess up your order when u come get bagels or sandwiches.. this is unacceptable!
