I got there and no one was in line. After ordering, the employee prepped my wrap and left it on the cutting board instead of placing it in the hot press. They then put together 5 more wraps before ever placing one (or two) of them in the hot press. It sat there for nearly 5 minutes before it was tasted...that was the only thing I ordered.
