I know usually the place is so busy and its absolutely fine. But this time it was 8 am (04 Dec 2024) and hardly 4 -5 people were there and they had more employees than the customers at that time. I ordered one coffee. and it took more than 20 minutes and its only the waiting time because there was no queue. They completely ignored my ordered and they gave order to everyone other than me. they didn't gave me the receipt because its only a coffee. I told the cashier who took my order that I didn't get my coffee yet. once again they forget my order I was like how on earth people can work like this. I'm not saying they should work like a machine. But atleast look at the screen and work rather than forming a circle and chatting. At one point of time the cashier saw me still standing there and gave me the coffee. the way she treated me is unacceptable. she just kept the coffee and went. not even a sorry ??. Mam Look I'm not getting a free coffee. I think I paid for it. Please Don't do the same to anyone else.
THE MANAGER PLEASE PROVIDE PROPER TRAINING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO WORK BY LOOK AT THAT DAMM SCREEN ENSURING THAT COSTUMER GOT SERVED.

I order a BLT regularly and It typically takes 20 minutes, which would be expected if I was getting a full meal from a diner.
