I ordered the Supreme and Greek pizzas with a thick crust. They were delicious! Tons of toppings and cheese. They were practically cold because the service was so slow. The delivery driver was nice and friendly but very unprofessional. He complained because the apartment complex I live in has two separate addresses. How is that my fault? I gave very detailed directions as I know it’s confusing. Then he asked me if I tip and I said yes. I get delivery often and no one has ever asked me that. I gave him a 12% tip at first because of the slow service. He had the nerve to say that it wasn’t enough so I gave him 15%. He was still not happy with that either. He had the gall to ask me for a $10-$12 tip because he said that’s what he usually gets. He started complaining that he doesn’t make any money if it’s not for his tips. He said all he gets is a pension. I live in low income housing and all I get is disability pension. He made me extremely uncomfortable and if I order from Penticton Pizza again I don’t want him to deliver to me ever again. My review would have been five stars if it wasn’t for this unusual experience. They also charge a $10 delivery fee. It’s good pizza but...

Penticton Pizza is our go-to 'za for takeout/delivery and they should be yours too!

Been ordering from here since Feb 2024, at least once a month and the pizza is always DELICIOUS, crafted with love and care, fresh ingredients, the cheese pulls are legit and they do not skimp out on the toppings.

Our favorite 'za here is the supreme, it's a mighty feast! Runner up is the donair pizza. Pro tip: get a side of donair sweet sauce to dip your crust.

We like the regular hand tossed crust the most, it's a great balance, but the thin crust is really good too. We find the thick crust a little to dense/heavy for our liking.

They also run their own delivery service and they are so efficient, my 'za is always piping hot when they deliver. The drivers are good dudes who are stoked to bring your pizza and they totally deserve good tips.

I also believe the price point is excellent as a guy can order a huge pizza for under 25$ where as other shops are often 30$ for a recipe pie, with less toppings and size.

TLDR: PENTICTON PIZZA IS BEST TAKEOUT/DELIVERY PIZZA...

Had my brother order 2 pizzas for 6 people in the house, one person in our group has a tomato allergy… when our pizzas arrived both pizzas had tomato sauce when we had ordered one without tomatos. When I made a call to have the pizza replaced, the driver argued with my brother over 3 slices of the messed up pizza that were missing ( because we had tried the pizza before calling obviously) claiming he needed the whole pizza back and refused giving us the replacement pizza. It took my brother calling this drivers manager while the pizza sat in his hands getting cold before he would hand over the pizza and he even tried to get us to pay for the 3 slices missing! And then had the audacity to try to get us to pay another 36$ for the replacement pizza after we had spent 76$ on this order already! I have never seen such disrespectful customer service and I will never be ordering or recommending this place to anyone… I’m very thankful that we checked the pizza before my friend with the allergy...
