KOTHU LABS PERTH — Restaurant in Perth

Edited January 26, 2021. I've been back since my first review and the appetizers have improved a ton! I'm glad we ordered a combo and had the chance to try the apps again.

Hubby and I bring food home from Kothu Labs a couple times a month- it's our #1 spot in Perth.

I had never tried kothu prior to kothu labs and it's a very unique dish. The veggie and egg kothus are packed with crunchy veggies and the perfect amount of heat from fresh chilis. It's similar to stuffing but not traditional stuffing, this uses roti rather than bread and lots of fresh vegetables. We found Kothu Labs on Google while passing through Perth. We are happy that we stopped in for lunch. Very welcoming welcoming and accommodating server amd we enjoyed our first (and not last!)...
