I went into this store because of the many cars in the drive thru, thinking it would be faster. Inside there was no one in line, yet I ended up waiting almost 10 mins to be served. I was clearly visible to many of the employees, yet no one came to take my order ..I was about to leave when a fella came and asked how he could help me..I clearly stated that I would like an extra large double double, i paid by giving him $5.00..he said to me it was $2.50..when it's actually $2.45..he then gave me back $2.35..and then handed me a large regular coffee..I looked at my cup and refreshed his memory that I had clearly asked for an extra large coffee...looking around dazed and confused, he didn't seem to know what to do. A lady that seemed like she was in charge gave the other employee a nasty look and said "look it just give him an extra large and just add cream or milk or whatever". I was thinking umm how about making me a new coffee. The employee snatched the failed cup of coffee out of my hand like it was my fault, he then dumped it into an extra large cup added a ton of cream and handed me back a cold cup of cream and milk with a touch of coffee. Also not correcting his simple math mistake that is done for him on a register that is essentially a giant calculator. I shook my head walked out of the store..threw my coffee in the garbage pail and drove to the Tim Hortons out past the zoo..where i received not only proper service,,but a perfect cup of coffee. I will never go back to the Tim Hortons store on hunter...
Read moreI can't begin to explain my disappointment with this Tims. The location is nice, and that's about it with this location. I've been a customer here for 2 years, and I still come back because of a lack of options in the East City, so I must put up with their shenanigans, I guess. I asked for a bagel last week, burnt to a crisp, and when I pointed that out, the staff member just said "Oh I thought you wanted toasted?". Ugh, yes, I did, but I didn't order charcoal with cream cheese. Hello? They almost always forget my espresso, and when I point it out, they say"oh sorry" and then run back with my order to put it in. This has happened so many times that I have just given up on trying to remind them while still paying extra for the espresso. The food in evening is dried out because they don't seem to cook anymore to save "waste costs" after a certain time, you're doing a great job running a restaurant while compensating its with quality. The managers always seem like they want you out of the store. Like they keep staring at random people. How is that "customer friendly" ? Like do you want them to leave...
Read moreI highly doubt I will return to this location ever again, Ive had such poor experiences here within the last year. It seems there is always an issue with my order, the staff are rude or have a hard time understanding english. Its just a waste of time and money to visit this location. Judging from the many other poor reviews, it seems nothing is changing at this location which makes me believe that owners and upper management really don't care to improve, despite their replies being "concerned" about peoples negative experiences. The most recent time I came here, my bagel was made wrong for which I called in to let a manager know and ask for my money back, they said that would be fine and would add my name to the book. When I got around to going back in for my refund, the manager on duty told me she didn't have my name in the book and had "no recollection that I called in ever to complain". I guess I just have time to waste lying to Tim Hortons about their staff's incompetence? I just walked away because it is so not worth arguing about with these people. Keep the $4 and lose...
