Will never be back to this location after I asked the employee to wipe down the station because of a gluten allergy and his response was “I just won’t use that area”. They do not take cross contamination seriously and when I filled in a review they only addressed the fact that they cant charge a footlong for gluten free - they have to be charged as two separate six inches and that they would address the concerns over pricing with their staff - no mention of the unsafe food handling procedure that the employee took. When you add two six inches together you get a footlong so just charge me the upcharge for the bread rather than for a full new sub again. 🙄 Still waiting on a response back from management which I doubt...
Read moreSkimpy! Lady in front of me ordered spinach instead of lettuce on her sub, and the server put 4 spinach leaves on her sub. She asked for more, and received one more leaf! The man behind me ordered olives and was given 4 olives on his sub. I ordered a rice bowl and the server kept measuring the amount and taking chicken out of the container. Maybe had 7 pieces total. A small clump of lettuce given when I asked for it. The bowl was only half full at the end of it all-for $14! Will never go back to this...
