Edit to reply to the response from the owner: Firstly, I have been to your restaurant more than one time as a customer. I can even tell you that I liked to eat at the desk on the right side of the door. So I think I have the right to leave a comment.
Secondly, you are more than welcome to report to Uber about this issue, cuz I have already contacted them right after we have this issue in the afternoon. And they have confirmed that I was correct that having an insulated bag is OPTIONAL. Therefore, it is on your side that was under the misinformation in the first place. So I suggest you do communicate with them, properly this time.
Lastly, I did not try to yell at you in any sort, and I certainly do not understand why you would interpret my words in that way. I even suggested that there should be a something like a button in your system to filter out dilivery person with no insulated bag. On the reverse, you behaved in an unacceptable manner, by simply kept repeating that you don't wanna argue, and that the fault is on me, so I should cancel the order.
It is a pity that as an Asian, I did like you food as one of the few Asian restaurant in town. But I take my dilivery order seriously, I have had many great customers before, and I do not want to disappoint them. That's why I have never, ever, cancel an order before. As a matter of fact, I actually sat in my car and spent 10 minutes try to figure out how to do so.
So in one word, I believe I present myself in an acceptable way, and being as reasonable as possible. If you do not agree with so, please do talk to Uber about this issue. Because I certainly hope that this issue would never happen to you or any other dilivery person...

Today we went for Sushi and had over 5 years of great experiences and memories erased by the failure of new ownership and the terrible experience that follows. If the ratings could be reset, this location would not stand with more than 3. Our experience started with noticing the state of the walls and floors. The place seems like it has not been maintained for weeks, and has not even received regular upkeep. On the way into the store we noticed a young employee taking out the trash, later noticing that he was also the one preparing the sushi. Could this be why our meal tasted like literal garbage? I am unsure, but the taste was so appalling that after two maki, I refused to let my family continue with the $50 meal and possibly be poisoned. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, were served terrible food, and were charged premium prices. Aside the other issues such as being charged for a miso soup that we assumed complimentary as we did not ask for it, the experience was simply painful. I regret the time we spent at Matsu Sushi today. We noticed that the recent reviews seem 50/50, but viewer beware - as of July 6 2019 - expect that you could very well experience the worst that this location has to offer. Read moreMy fiancé and I ordered from here through skip the dishes. I order all vegetarian stuff(as i am pregnant and can not eat any of the none vegetarian stuff) and my fiancé got "normal" sushi, but we made sure to order everything separately so there was no cross contamination. Well that did not matter because they put it all in a party platter anyway a lot of it got stuck to stuff I could not eat which means it ended up in the trash. Speaking of trash almost every avocado in there was brown (which of course i noticed after eating a few) and looked way past its expiry date so obviously those roles went in the trash too. And to top it all off we ordered vegetable spring rolls ten of them, which we did not get but rather than calling us they swapped them for spring roll Maki, which we have no idea what's in them so they went in the trash aswell. Along side that was my fiancé's (non-vegetarian) sushi which over half of it went in the trash because it was bland and his exact words was "the cream cheese was the highlight".
