Pappa Leo's Pizza — Restaurant in Port Coquitlam

Mate when you got multiple local guides praising this place, maybe it's time to appreciate the cooks. I asked for cheese pizza stringy like TMNT and they delivered. I don't know who I got on the phone but good job, they deserve a raise or anything above the standard pay in the industry. The pie was well made and you'd be foolish to pick another, I've eaten at many pizza places (30-50+), easily top tier food and the price was competitive to Domino's! I always like to show what's being reviewed, so just look at that damn string. Sauce needs a little more garlic to pop when introducing that much cheese but overall it was still 5/5 even with my advice being weighted. Also don't know if it's the timing but the delivery guy flew here, they said 30m and they were here in 20, actually scared me...

PLEASE use fresh toppings again! I like the crust and the sauce is nicely seasoned, also fairly consistent over time, rarely had issues but there were some. However you seem to have switched to pre-cut refrigerated vegetables which are beyond awful, tiny cubes of green peppers that have none of the juiciness and flavour of fresh pepper, since the cut wounds have dried and locked whatever flavour would still be in that tiny piece inside and the onions treated this way are just plain disgusting, I love veggies on pizza and I can not tolerate this. Letting you know as we were going to order pizza tonight but thankfully I remembered the disappointment ahead this time and took our business elsewhere. Please reconsider this decision. Ive had their pizza quite a few times and always told them extra sauce. I also phoned them and told them to make sure its wet (meaning lots of sauce)and what happens im eating my pizza order and it is dry as the saharas desert. I called to complain to the poco location and spoke with (brandon) he said he would give me a credit .. Then not even 5 mins later the store called me back .. different guy says they did nothing wrong .. and followed my instructions and they were not going to give me a credit and told me that maybe this store is not for me. And to take my business elsewhere.. WHAT KIND OF A BUSINESS DOES THIS TO CUSTOMERS.. POCO PAPPA LEOS DOES . IF YOU WANT BAD PIZZA THEN ORDER HERE OTHERWISE...
