The Beach Hut — Restaurant in Powell River

Doing an overnight stop in Powell River we needed somewhere we could eat on a patio with our little dog and The Beach Hut was just perfect. My burger was as good as any I've had, the fish tacos were fabulous and the 6 fish pieces and fries were ample for 2 not-so-hungry folks in our group. A special mention to Dakota who served us, very professional and precise, and our order came quickly with everything as we wanted and at a very reasonable cost. As a bonus, we then got to watch pods of whales while we ate our dinner!! We will definitely come back when in Powell...

I wrote the name of the names of the male and female worker (drives a moped) that really made our day, I just cannot find it! Not only was the food amazing but the service was incredible. Please commend these two as they went over and above on their customer service and made the best food. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting town or who live here. Don’t go here, food is terribly overpriced and don’t even get me started on the food. I got a chicken burger and it was not only the tiniest burger I have ever had but you could tell the chicken patty and fries were frozen, all that for 19$ I also got the milkshake wich is even worse, they filled it up halfway and you could tell it was pure syrup not real ice cream at all, that too was 6$ if your...
