Yellow Basket Baking — Restaurant in Vancouver

This bakery is one of my favorites. The filled croissants and the cinnamon twists are our favorites but everything that Molly does is amazing. It’s hard to believe that her items are vegan. Her baking is so delicious that if you did a taste test with conventionally baked items and hers yellow basket would be the clear winner. Everything from this bakery tastes better than conventional baking.

We also regularly buy her cakes and frozen logs of cookie dough so I can “bake” them at home. Nothing beats fresh baked cookies and I can’t bake well enough to meet my own standards so we rely on Molly.

My only complaint is that she doesn’t have a store front but her social media is well managed and you can find her at various farmers markets, pop ups and because her stuff is so delicious various places in the lower mainland also carry her stuff. Thank you so much for your delicious baking! You have brought so much joy to our nut and dairy allergic son. I never thought my son would be able to ever have a croissant. Now he is able able to eat without fear of an allergic reaction. Your cookies, croissants, pain au chocolat and cinnamon twists are our favourites- poor kid has had to share his baking with the rest of the family, we couldn’t resist as everything is so beautiful and delicious!
