Ninja Bubble Tea Express — Restaurant in Quayside

I decided to grab a drink here after brunch at Angelina’s ...big mistake. The line was long, and it took 10 minutes just to order. After that, I waited another 10 minutes for my two drinks - a Ninja Milk Tea and a Watermelon Refresher.

I saved them for the car ride home, and wow, what a disappointment. Both drinks were completely flavorless, watered down, and had no sugar. The milk tea was lukewarm with no ice, and the watermelon refresher was just as bad. There were barely any pearls and zero sweetness. I was so frustrated that I had waited so long just to get poorly made drinks.

To make matters worse, the only barista working seemed more focused on fixing some bags from the fridge than actually making drinks efficiently. Ugh I totally regret tipping because of the service. Thankfully, I was close to Ninja Bubble Tea Guildford, and they saved the day by fixing my order - despite not being associated with this location.

I do not recommend this express location. Terrible service, long wait times, and poorly made drinks. Definitely...

Ordered delivery and it took an hour for 2 drinks to be made ready for the delivery person to even pick up. I called to check on my order (again, 1 hr for 2 drinks) but the person on the phone told me that there was so no such order for me. That they didnt even take orders for delivery. The order number (that i gave to the person) and my damn name was on the packaging when it finally showed up. Melted and didnt like the drink. All regrets.

Edit: since i cant reply to the owners response. If you read the review, its mostly the attitude of unaccountability here. Even the owner response. “It takes us 15 minutes to make a drink, take it with uber or skip the dishes” I call, as a proper course of action. Typical response from places “oh so sorry” then give an explanation. Not “nope, we dont take orders, we didnt make a drink for you”

Dont come here. I avoid it even when i come to the market...

Pleasantly surprised with this BBT and one of the best iv had in a while! This little place is dope, feels like a real grass-roots, authentic take out Bubble Tea joint. Their menu selection is awesome, extremely broad and caters to all different cravings. I love how they also offer plant-based and dairy-free milk alternatives including Soy. All drinks are totally customizable to your liking. The quality of the Tea was really good, super yummy and a plentiful portion of pudding and coconut Jelly chilling at the bottom. I went for the OG.. Ninja Bubble Tea since it's one of their best sellers and wow you get a HUGE tasty beverage, in terms of value for money this place is one of the best by far. I also love the design of their cups, I just wish they could offer more eco friendly style packaging Support...
