Freshslice Pizza - New West Station — Restaurant in British Columbia

I had worst experience last night i went there with my frnd and we placed order online and order thin crust pizza she serves us horrible food and she is so arrogant and rude and claims she is an assistant manager bt i think she needs to bring improvement in her communication skills apart from that despite of being an indian she said i don't know hindi and punjabi on the contrary she was answering the people who were talking in Punjabi...she is pathetic and obnoxious.and when i check reviews many people have already complaint about her i don't know why owner is still serving her as assistant manager and when we asked her that this is not what we have ordered she said pay again I'll cook for u again she thinks we are fool who don't know how thin crust pizza looks like and even it was uncooked and soggy even we went there a day before yesterday "Jatin" welcomes us in very good manner and cooked delicious pizza for us and he knows how to welcome their guests and i believe he deserves to be an assistant manager not she...... but if still owner want her assitant Manager then train and teach how to talk with people even there are lots of classes and courses available online and offline as well so please enroll her there then allow her to get back on work. If you need to give away free dips to get fake five star reviews then that's pretty pathetic. And so are the people taking the freebies you give them for a five star review. I honestly don't know any of your names and I've been to this location a few times. A lot of the reviews have the employees names with the exact spelling. Pretty perplexing if you ask me 🤔 Maybe you should think about improving your standards and quality rather then asking people to lie about your establishment and telling them what to say. Aren't you ashamed of yourselves? I would be! I am never coming here again! Not because the food was terrible which it was it's because the way you laugh at customers because you think you're getting away with giving people terrible food.
