Urbaine Pizza (2 Pour 1 Pizzas) — Restaurant in Quebec

I have a service dog, and ONE employee wouldn’t let me in despite the other employees trying to take my order. The lovely female taking my order was about to cry because the “cook” was so rude to her for allowing my dog.

I will NEVER enter this establishment again. Traumatized by the rudeness, ignorance and pure arrogance. Absolutely disgusting.

Owner, I pray you hear about this situation because that employee is a detriment to your business. Perhaps he needs some education about service dogs? Perhaps he doesn’t have the ability or willingness to care? Either way, sad, because someone (I) was impacted by...

My husband and I are visiting from Pennsylvania and with 3 kids it’s difficult to find something everyone will enjoy. Of course the kids say pizzas and it was right around the corner from our hotel. Wow we were not disappointed! My daughter got wings and even though they were a little spicy, they were absolutely delicious. The pizzas were cooked to perfection. And I’ve never had Poutin before and it soooo delicious. The customer service was above and beyond. Hopefully if we ever come back to Quebec we will definitely be back to this...

Absolutely delicious pizza and service. Three of my friends and I were crossing through Quebec city when we decided to stop for dinner. Luckily we stumbled upon this place and they even offer HALAL chicken if you ask them.
