Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in Red Deer

Disappointing service. This is the third time I’ve gone to this location to get cinnamon buns and been unable to purchase them. The first time was 10 minutes before closing so it’s understandable that maybe they were sold out which is what I assumed. But no, today after being turned away again I was told they close 30 minutes to an hour before the mall actually closes. It is up to the employees when they want to close, even though the mall says that they need to stay open until the mall closes.

Love, love the cinnamon buns, but when it’s impossible to guess when you’ll actually be able to buy one, it’s not worth the drive. Tried calling to see when they are closing that day, but they don’t bothering answering...

Got the caramel pecan bun and the original cinnabon and I was not impressed great flavor but sooooo dry hard to swallow not just because of the cost lol wish thy would at least give ya enough icing on your bun so you don't choke lol thy charge...

Lovely buns, service is decent. I did get buns that were gooey and doughy in the past. When mentioned today, they informed me I can bring them back if not...
