Purchased the salted caramel box of chocolates because they were amazing in the past. This box has a massive amount of salt that was crushed into the top and sides of the chocolate. The person I bought them for was not able to eat the chocolate because of the amount of salt and how it burnt their mouth. When I went to return the chocolate, I was told they don't do returns and that this was their regular quality salted caramels now. It was disappointing being told that chocolate that we couldn't eat was good quality and that there was nothing they would do in store. For years and years, a special treat for us was to go for lunch and then to Purdys' for an Ice Cream Bar (two dips of chocolate and nuts). We also have a Loyalty Card which gives you one free after buying 9. Today however, we were told, the only thing we could have for our free product, was a plain ice cream bar - no nuts, no chocolate. ??????????? I haven't been to the mall since the pandemic but had to stop in to get some clothes. I went to Purdys to get a couple items and was very impressed by the staff person working the store.
