It was a great experience. I had called quite a bit ahead to book at table for a large group. I enqired if I could bring my own cakes and Ernie said that I could no problem. I called a few days ahead to advise that there may be 1 more person and he said absolutely and remembered our booking! When I arrived on the day with the cakes and some fruit Ernie was so helpful and put everything in the fridge for us. Some of our group were a bit late & it was close to the time to end the buffet but they cooked extra pizza for the buffet. The service was amazing. The staff extremely heloful and attentive. They even offered cake servers and plates etc. I was not expecting that and had brought my own. It was awesome. Ernie and our waitress brought out the cakes when it was time as well. The food was delicious and the service was so friendly and kibd. God bless the staff at this East Pizza Hut for all their willing service. Definitely awesome with their new renovations and excellent staff. Their food is fantastic including busy breakfast weekends and refills in my big coffee mugs. Very impressed on the huge improvement of their washrooms and kept clean regularly. Booths and tables very nicely laid out for devouring their delicious classic mcmuffin sausage and egger (which beats McDonald's and Tim Hortons anyday) with real cheese, delicious sausage and egg that tasted wholesome and real. Also enjoyed the Real Canadian breakfast with two eggs, two slices of toast with Smuckers strawberry jam on the side, two sausages and two slices of bacon, all 100% scrumptious. I use to be a frequent customer at this location (I always use the drive-thru) but have been going elsewhere due to incorrect orders and food in the last year. In a moment of weakness, I went here today, spent $30 on 2 meals and once again the burgers were cold AND made incorrectly. I paid for cheese on a mama and it wasn't on there, neither was the mayo and the onion was barely noticable. Onion Rings were cold and chewy. The other meal was just as bad. 3 months ago they gave me a burger with tons of pickles after I aked for none. I returned the burger in the bag with the receipt and wrote my disappontment with their food on the back with my number and I was never called. If you want good A&W food, go to a...
