Stopped by today for a quick lunch with my 7 year old son. The drive through was lined up down the street, so I knew exactly what we were walking in to. Sat my boy down with a Wendy’s then ordered my Farmers wrap meal and settled in for a wait 😆.
I stood and watched the staff flying around, filling orders left right and centre. They worked together as a team, working wherever they needed to be at all times. Honestly, what an amazing bunch of employees you’ve got at this location! A DoorDash driver came in and blocked the entire pickup counter with his dirty bag out, stopping anyone from getting to their food. I pointed out to him that he was blocking everyone’s access, so he moved and started distracting the staff with his demands. They handled it very well, politely but firmly telling him they were working on it.
Someone noticed I’d been waiting a while, and asked what I was waiting for. I don’t know if somebody had swiped my food and walked with it or my order had been missed, but they got another within minutes and apologized profusely. I told them they were doing a great job, and they looked relieved which makes me wonder how many times people yell at them for things as benign as waiting a few minutes for a meal?
These guys did not stop the entire time I was there. They juggled an insane amount of orders coming in from so many sources, all at the same time. For those that say these people only deserve minimum wage, I challenge you to handle a rush of that...
Read moreVery poor customer service to asians like me May 13 2018 around 8pm i ordered an ice coffee. At that time i dnt have my card with leaving me only coins in my car. As i ordered since the voice is familliar i ask if she is my former comrad the reason why ask is to confirm how much is a medium ice coffee, since she was not i just continued ordering the product i want, i tried to confirm how much which they fail to do. Drove to the window and ask again how much its that time my former comrad says hello and told me its $2.20 so i quickly grab my remaining coins in my car suprisingly a gentleman who i also know out of the sudden appear in the window and.told me.not to ruin their drive thru so i ask my former comrad whats wrong with that guy. I also work with this chain b4 so i know how drive thru time is important so i didnt mind drove away leaving my 5cents change. What make me angry the most the syrup is not stirred when i drink it. I believe quality service and products above all. 3 points they badly failed Failed to confirm how much the order was Rude to customer, no matter what the reason is, you still need to smile and act professional. Failed to stirr properly the ice coffee syrup, knowing that there is no cars or line up in the drive thru and the drive thru is not busy. Read moreI like coffee that tastes like coffee strong coffee and there coffee is blah, even there dark roast, little sugar and milk yet somehow there is barely any brown left in the cup that's how much a little bit is, that bothers me, if you make a deal about fixing every coffee then maybe someone should pay more attention, it's the o ly place that looks and taste like milk water down coffee. Food, I enjoy there bagels only. There muffins, doughnuts all those have almost equal amounts of flour to sugar it's crazy, 1they would save money if they backed down on the sugar.
