SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!

It's about time you changed the price to reflect what you are actually charging for the wings. IF YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE PRICE IN YOUR SYSTEM THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM!!!

I have been overcharged the last 3 times we have ordered from here...I know it is only $2 but it is my $2....

You had the price on Facebook for $37

I had a credit of $5 from the other times that I was over charged...

$37+11%=$41.07(as advertised). Last night when my husband called to place an order for wings the lady had no clue about the credit on our acct...so we were charged a flat rate of $38 which is still NOT correct. What they had done is charged us the $39(in their system)+11%(tax)=$43.29-$5(credit)=$38.29 (but I was still overcharged $2 bc they had only changed the price of the wings today(May 3). I told them they should have the correct price on social media. Which is exactly what the manager did)

It should have been $37-$5(CREDIT)=$32+11%=$35.52.

I refuse to order from a place that tells the customer that they are wrong. I understand that customers can be wrong but in this situation the customer is right...

You argued with me and would not let me explain anything I will not continue to order from here. Nor do I recommend this place...

They just make up prices...

Was a frequent customer for wings and drinks and was able to put up with the lack of ambiance and hand written taped wing menu. They also support Kidssport venue. However, Overcharged on the bill for 35 dollars but we didnt realize until after paying. When asking about our bill we were treated very rudely by the 3 unproffesional staff, not given our money back and told to “relax” when only telling the items that we ordered. Were told to leave a phone number and sort out the next day. Staff would not admit the mistake and accused us of having way more than what we bought when it was wrongly entered into the computer system. Never been treated so rudely or witnessed such unporofessionalism in the restaurant industry. Will be eating at Creekside or Bonzinnis for wings and beer from now on. Sidenote: had to listen to the waitress tell the men at the next table over that she “takes more than just the tip” while she was collecting money for their bill. Indeed you do...

The staff are extremely welcoming and look to make your eating experience great and fix or comp an issue when or if mistakes happen.

Today there was a new chef and he read our order wrong (we got three appetizers with their hockey special but were given our wings first instead of all of our food together as the other two hadn’t been prepared at the same time and only after the wings were done was the mistake was realized.) which the server apologized for profusely and was kind about it. But they quickly brought out the other two appetizers included in the special and gave us additional wings to take home.
