McDonald's — Restaurant in Regina

My daughter and I come here for years and have the same problem every time. The food and service is good but the flies are absolutely terrible and everywhere including on my daughter's food. We have pictures and video evidence of how bad it is. Not sure what makes it the worst in this restaurant in the whole entire city of Regina whether it's the garbage not taken out enough or the restaurant is just that filthy that this place has the worst flies/ bug's in the city but it is literally just like eating a hamburger in the jungle or a putrid swamp without the frog's to eat the flies. I literally had to continuously shoe the flies away and make a napkin tent on my daughter's happy meal to keep flies from mating inside of her happy meal box because it's so disgusting and gross. Management needs to do better. I worked in fast food at Wendeys and A&W and never seen so many bugs in a restaurant before. Hopefully something gets done about it or we will just stop coming...

Very poor and slow service and VERY RUDE employees! Ordered an iced coffee, it was too bitter so I asked for an extra syrup and milk/cream but the lady who I believe is the manager told me that she cannot do anything about it and the guy who was not wearing a proper uniform, no name tag, no hat and just wearing a plain black tshirt told me that he'll charge me an extra for the milk/cream next time. I know there's a reason why they cannot take my cup of coffee but it is so easy to resolve this kind of issue without being sarcastic with the customer! Both of them cannot handle a little conflict in a very nice way, they even looked at each other and make faces. And because i'm complaining about it the lady even told me to call the head office. Had a great experience today . It was busy as usual, the McDonald's does . Despite receiving the exceptional service today .Rushali ( had a consent prior using her name) is manager # when my turn came and found the apple juice half way filled to the glass, she did refill the new one over dispenser and dumped the old one in the glass ( half filled) and served the entire glass from the new batch . Her actions encouraged me to write this review since It considered above and beyond service and has food handling knowledge. Kudos to her ,maintaining professionalism during busy times and not cutting the corner. She may choose the worst option to fill the rest glass with ice and serve it faster , but she chose the correct...
