Saltine Baking Co. has an epic history here in Regina. Starting out as a vendor at the local Regina Farmer's Market, Saltine amassed a loyal following that just couldn't get enough of her baking! I am a huge fan of the unique flour combinations she uses for her breads - and she makes her sourdough bread using a starter that she has cared for (even during holidays) for years! There is lots of packaged bread options, full of additives and non-food I ingredients at the dollar store for those that care most about price above all else. Keep up the great work, Saltine! The city is lucky...
