Savory Food Trip — Restaurant in Regina

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Customer Service is soooo TERRIBLE! We ordered by telephone on apr13 6:45pm spaghetti and crispy pata, and asked if we can pickup at 7pm. Staff said they are busy. So we asked what would be a good time for pickup. She said 7:15 will be perfect. When we got there at 7:15pm, staff said they were not able to accomodate our order because they are busy, they cannot make the order anymore, they did not even bother to start making it. We asked her if she is the one who took our order by phone, she said yes. She is one of the two East-Indian ladies that worked there, it is the shorter lady, mentioned this so you can track her. We asked her why did she even tell us on the phone that order will be ready at 7:15pm if they could not even make it at all? She said they are busy. I asked her why she did not even bother to call us if that's the case (she asked for my phone number during the order), same answer. I asked if they can atleast start the order now, she said NO. We searched for another Filipino Restaurant and went to S&A Favorito. And we are so happy about the very quick service, and they are even busier than Savory when we got there. All employees in Favorito are so Friendly. We are regular customers of Savory, but we are not going back there EVER!! Favorito's food are so much tastier, waaaaay much more than Savory! We went for the $25 buffet we arrived at 2.30 pm on Mothers Day No one came to our table to offer drinks or explain how the buffet worked. The food that was offered was very minimal and unfortunately was very dry gave the impression that it had been in the service dishes for a long time, dried up and crust around the edges. We were told fresh food was coming out , only 1 item was replaced in an hour Once trying the food no surprise here EXTREMELY COLD . First time customer here craving for Halo-Halo. I ordered through phone, the person that I spoked with, told me he will check if all the ingredients is available. He then told me it's available and I told him I will be there in 15 minutes. I came after 25 minutes to pick up my order only to find out it wasn't ready due to lacking of ingredients.
