I recently had the chance to visit a casino for the first time, and it turned out to be an experience I’ll never forget! I went with a group of coworkers and friends, and while I was excited, I didn’t quite know what to expect.

As we approached the casino, I was struck by how large and glamorous it was. The flashing lights and lively atmosphere immediately gave the sense of entering a completely different world. Inside, the sound of coins, flashing lights, and people chatting made everything feel energetic and exciting. There were rows of slot machines, blackjack tables, and roulette wheels, all buzzing with activity.

I started at the slot machines, thinking they’d be the easiest to try. It was fun watching the reels spin, even though I didn’t win anything significant. I then moved on to table games, where I tried my hand at blackjack. The friendly dealer and the other players made it less intimidating, and the game was thrilling, though I didn’t walk away with big wins. I also gave roulette a shot, but the suspense of the spinning wheel was nerve-wracking!

What an experience ! I do somewhat traveling for business and work, and would visit the city's casino wherever I travel to. But this time, would be the worst experience ever. This is my first time in Regina and thought why not give their casino a try. Was at this roulette machine playing for a bit, and all out of a sudden, a lady (looks to be the casino's manager) walked over and said something about "..... you want to play" but which I didn't catch what she said clearly because I wasn't paying too much of attention of people coming by the machine. And then she point her finger at the seat and said "SIT DOWN IF YOU WANT TO PLAY" as soon as she said it in such demanding tone, like I did something wrong, and she turned around and start walking away with no explanations. I was like, huh, what the.... ? A casino manager, wow, really? such manner and attitude to customer playing in the casino. I cashed out and left right away, I don't think and feel they deserve any of my business. I was going to customer service and file a complaint, but as soon as I got to the front entrance, the SAME Manager, was in another confrontation with another customer, so I just left and didn't bother. If you are in town, Regina, and if you plan to visit their casino, I wouldn't suggest it. Better off look for fun or spend your money else where. As I am there for some fun time and not to be told and treated so impolitely. Good luck with such customer service, and management. I will NOT visit this place...
