What an experience ! I do somewhat traveling for business and work, and would visit the city's casino wherever I travel to. But this time, would be the worst experience ever. This is my first time in Regina and thought why not give their casino a try. Was at this roulette machine playing for a bit, and all out of a sudden, a lady (looks to be the casino's manager) walked over and said something about "..... you want to play" but which I didn't catch what she said clearly because I wasn't paying too much of attention of people coming by the machine. And then she point her finger at the seat and said "SIT DOWN IF YOU WANT TO PLAY" as soon as she said it in such demanding tone, like I did something wrong, and she turned around and start walking away with no explanations. I was like, huh, what the.... ? A casino manager, wow, really? such manner and attitude to customer playing in the casino. I cashed out and left right away, I don't think and feel they deserve any of my business. I was going to customer service and file a complaint, but as soon as I got to the front entrance, the SAME Manager, was in another confrontation with another customer, so I just left and didn't bother. If you are in town, Regina, and if you plan to visit their casino, I wouldn't suggest it. Better off look for fun or spend your money else where. As I am there for some fun time and not to be told and treated so impolitely. Good luck with such customer service, and management. I will NOT visit this place ever again !
