Recently been to Revelstoke as a midway stop to Vancouver. Out of nowhere I found this restaurant that serves Ramen. Thought this restaurant gonna be my savior after a few hours of drive as I want some hot food.

Turns out, it’s not.

The ramen shown in menu looks appealing, comes with seaweed, corn, soft boiled egg and other toppings. What is the most important is, menu claimed the ramen comes with “3pc Cha-shu”. I was expecting 3 pieces of pork belly meat! What they served me was max 1 piece of small pork belly meat with numbers of meat fragments that waitress randomly picked from a container. What is more, kikurage mushroom was missing. Luckily I was still served with some corn. The portion of ramen is very small compared to other noodle house in Canada. And the flavor, I can only taste sesame dressing in soup, not tasting like donkotsu style at all. And how much they charge for a bowl of ramen? At least 16.95CAD I felt like being fooled after having this meal.

This restaurant serves poke bowl as well, did not tried it. Anyway, ramen definitely not a wise choice. You are advised to check if your meal is served as the...

This place has potential in a food desert along the highway comprised of McDonald's, the American beef and chicken supplied A&W, immigrant labor served sad mediocrity that is A&W, and of course the "even DNA testing can't identify what you are eating" three day old cake bread, Subway. However when 20 dollars won't buy you a meal of mostly rice or preboxed lettuce tossed with a tiny amount of sad looking salmon or tuna, those are the real problems. It was ok ,but the reality of being served by multi-tattooed, face pierced, hoop inserted earlobes, disinterested UK, Australian or other visitors waiting for the ski hill to open, just says "leave your cash, and move on". No one really cares anymore how brutal the food or service is, as long as what you are getting has a cool description and is declared sustainable, carbon neutral and gluten free. I am hoping it can get cheaper and improve, but in the meantime just pack a lunch and drive thru this once beautiful town, now the mecca of clear cut logging....like Regina with...

This place was awesome, it was clean! Like glistening and lovely, the glass was clean where you were ordering, all the ingredients are chilled and fresh in front of you. The young man struggled at first with my order - which was a Revelstoke poke bowl. Effin amazing! Buuut I ordered extra everything! So he struggled a bit not understanding making the dish and when I told him I was taking it to go and I had company coming over and it was a healthy, delicious option for everyone he then understood the mission. And it turned out wonderful!!!!! So this place made its mark in the hearts of many belly this afternoon and I know everyone at first chance would go back! Keep it up!!!

bowl'd in Revelstoke has a tasty and healthy option for a quick meal. They use fresh, high-quality ingredients in their bowls and salads. The portions are on the smaller side, but it can be a good choice for a light bite, especially after a long drive. They have a dog-friendly patio, which is a nice feature for travelers with furry companions. Overall, bowl'd provides a satisfactory dining experience and a good spot to recharge during your Revelstoke adventures.
