𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳! Update: Who are you trying to fool with that copy-paste response? Both your staff and the head office have clearly shown us how little you care about your customers. I am definitely never going back to this crappy business.
Original comment: The staff decided to start an argument with us over a damn takeout container and refused to give us one big enough for our food as we were trying to pack up the leftovers and leave.
What's even more insulting is that the same person later had the audacity to complain to our face that we didn't leave her a large enough tip. If you're not even going to give us a paper box, why on earth would you expect the customers to leave you a fat tip???
Congratulations, you just lost a customer (who has spent thousands eating at your restaurant from the day you opened till now) over a paper box that costs a few cents. I hope the owners can have a serious conversation with their staff because the way you are running your business is...
Read moreI recently visited Magic Noodle and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Our server, Renee, displayed shockingly poor customer service throughout our meal. Renee was consistently rude, loud, and unwelcoming, making us feel uncomfortable from the moment we sat down. Her demeanor came across as angry and dismissive, to the point where it felt as though she genuinely did not want to serve us. What was most concerning was how aggressive and careless Renee was when bringing our food—slamming bowls on the table in a way that felt intentionally hostile. Beyond the service, the food itself was subpar; it arrived cold, overly salty, and lacked the quality one would expect. It almost felt as though the kitchen was instructed to serve it that way. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and left us feeling disrespected. I do not recommend this location based on this visit, and I hope management takes these issues seriously to ensure no other customers experience the...
Read moreVisited this Magic Noodle location on Sunday in the afternoon. The most important feature of this restaurant should be the noodles and only the noodles. We are expecting hand pulled noodles to meet minimum expectations which is to have each strand noodle of consistent size. Unfortunately this minimum expectation was not met as some strands are as thick as Shanghai fry noodles while others look like Angel hair pasta... and that alone says it all about a noodle shop.
In addition, our wait staff bringing our bowls of noodles to our table would claw the bowl at the top with a finger of lenghty nail, just grazing the top of the soup. It was relatively unappetizing as a start.
Lastly, the level of hygiene of a restaurant can be represented by the conditions of the bathrooms. We saw vomit and urine all over the bathroom and only to hear the staff while serving customers to argue who would clean up the bathrooms.
What...
