First of all, placing an order online with mobile phone is very difficult and their website had many issues.

We are very disappointed in our recent 2 medium pizza purchase. First of all, the pizza took over 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive. We called the store took them well over 1 hour to make the pizza.

When the delivery arrived, the receipt shows an additional $5 charge due to "out of region" but our order confirmation email did not indicate any additional fees. This is very misleading.

The pizza arrived cold and only 1 out of 2 pizza boxes had the sticker seal on it. Half of one pizza was underdone and soggy The only positive comment was the toppings had lots of flavor and fresh. I hope these comments will be forward to their qa team and...

We ordered 2 party sized pizzas and 1 lactose-free pizza for a party we were having. We asked for the pizzas to be delivered at 5:15...they arrived closer to 5:30 and they had forgotten the lactose free pizza. That meant we had guests who stood around eating nothing until they could come back with the forgotten pizza (which arrived 35 minutes later!). I was not offered any compensation. The pizzas themselves had very little toppings. The next day, after talking to the ones who ate the lactose free pizza, they all had stomach issues all night. I contacted the company and when I FINALLY heard back, they wanted to give me a $30 gift certificate. No thank you. I would like a full refund. I would NOT...

We placed a corporate order for 12pm. To my shock, the driver named Nahid Emani called me screaming at 11:40 that he had been waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes and that I needed to come pick up the food now. Our security desk said this wasn't true and he had only been waiting for 2 minutes. Nonetheless, I ordered for noon and HE was early. I've never experienced such disrespectful service in my entire life. Someone from the location proceeded to call me to see to tell me the driver was here and I mentioned how rude Nahid had been.
