Horrible service. I parked at the curbside spot #7 and ordered spicy habanero bacn & egg McMuffin meal for curbside delivery. After waiting for 10 minutes at that curbside spot I decided to go inside and ask for my order. I waited another 5 minutes inside at the cash counter before... no, you did not guess it, nobody asked me what I want to order. Instead a guy who looked like some kind of junior assistant to assistant manager started asking over my head whether somebody else behind me were waiting for the curbside order. After he shouted that for the third time I said "I am waiting for a curbside order - have been parked there for 15 minutes!". Then McD employee grabbed paper bag with what was supposed to be my order, gave it to me and lost all interest. Not even a "Sorry for delay". Now I understand it's morning rush hour (well, on Sunday @ 9 am so not that much of a rush hour) but then hire more people! Or better yet - teach the ones you already have what to do. While I was standing @ cash counter couple of masked teens were strolling inside the McD kitchen looking dazed and confused with the "Hey, do actually need to do work or will they just pay me my minimum wage if I pretend like I do" look in their eyes.
P.S. To add insult to injury my sandwich was luke-warm and smooshed (or squished - I am not sure) and it was a regular one - no habanero sauce which frankly was the whole point of this unfortunate...

We saw the happy meal display with Pokemon cards as a toy and that was the only reason we ordered happy meal. When we received the order, we did get a “Pokemon” happy meal box with no Pokemon toy. We got a “book” that is not the latest book as advertised in the showcase. When I asked the staff, she told me it’s sold out and it’s the end of it, and she just walked away without even handing over my entire order. I had to stretch my arm to get my order on the other side of the counter! Half of the time, we got toys that were not as advertised (not current toys on display). Once we got a toys from 2 years ago (how to train a dragon toy).
A week later, I came back to ask for an exchange, the manager told me “we don’t do exchange. And it’s not her who handed out the “Pokemon happy meal box” with that old book”. And she doesn’t know why or who did it. Seriously you are the manager and you know nothing! So disorganized!
Guess what! I went to another McDonald not far away and that manager was nice enough to exchange it.
If you are driving, there are many other McDonald’s around. It would be much faster to drive additional 5 min to another McDonald than wait 20–30 min to...

This has been very disappointing .The staff seems untrained, service is very slow, they clearly don’t know how to do their job properly, and I often need to wait for a manager to fix mistakes. On my last visit, yesterday , for the breakfast the muffin bread was burnt and had a bad texture. For lunch I ordered two burger patties that were served in a nugget box instead of a plate, and I had to wait about 20 minutes to receive it. What kind of service was that?! Are you serving food to humans or to dogs? Please show some respect. The atmosphere was also unpleasant. A manager named Ferly was constantly shouting at employees in front of customers, Even her behaviour and attitude towards customers were unacceptable.
