Apple Restaurant — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

I was supposed to pick up order for my sister between 5.30 to 6 pm on Saturday. I was there 5.40 and when I arrived the guy was on the phone taking orders. I waited patiently he answered 2 or 3 phone after each other without putting it on hold and asking me even what do I want. Finally I asked “can those people at the back give me my order ? He pointed at me and said: get out of store . I am not taking your order . I said I don’t want to order anything I am picking up the food . He said If it wasn’t Beacuse of the lady who ordered this food on the phone I would never ever serve you. I looked at his face and said “ you know that you cannot tell me you don’t serve me then be carful with the way you are talking to people. His customer service was below zero . The most rudest person in customer service I have ever seen . Please people give this kind of business a lesson by not supporting them . Make them learn how to talk to people. Whenever you go in Canada specially these days the restaurant are busy with phone more but as soon as someone entered they finish the call or ask “ can you hold for a second and acknowledge you by asking “ how can I help you? Ordered via online today for delivery. No where did it say that their internet was working. When I called to find out about the order that was when I was notified. Which I understood and was fine with. Online it gives the option to give tip. I didn't put a tip in yet as I usually don't give tip before service. Also I had specified I would be paying by cash and how much in cash I'd pay. When the man came to deliver I noticed that although I had ordered 5 orders of a dish hoping it would come as ordered but it came packaged all in one. Which again I let go. I then proceeded to pay him in which he refused to take the cash after he found out how much I had stating he didn't have change. That was unacceptable as I had already specified everything on the online order. We then were about to pay by credit card despite not wanting to but questioned him when he stated that fine give me the cash. Which I then questioned as he said he didn't have change which to he replied that he expected a tip and there is a $5 delivery charge. However my total already included the $5 delivery charge and after lying to us about the change situation and all the errors that had happened thus far how can he expect a tip?!? Excellent food but would definitely not recommend having this guy come...
