After two encounters with her, I feel compelled to share my experience due to her behavior. I had been informed by two other McDonald's branches that I could exchange a gift (a Crocs keychain) because the branch where I made my purchase had run out of stock without notifying customers. I decided to visit this branch after paying for my meal to resolve the issue. Upon arrival, I explained the situation to a staff member who was willing to help and was about to give me the only Crocs keychain they had in stock. When Lily came over, she immediately declined my request without listening to my explanation. She kept repeating that it would be unfair to other customers, while I explained that the situation was unfair to me since I had been told an exchange was possible and had made the effort to drive to the branch. Despite this, she showed no empathy or concern, nor did she offer any apology for the inconvenience. When I requested the contact details of her superior, she gave me the name "Violy Passion," I hope this review reaches the appropriate management, as I expect my feedback to be taken seriously. I plan to personally visit the manager tomorrow, not because of the gift but to address Lily's rude and dismissive behavior, which I believe is unacceptable for someone working in a public-facing role. Additionally, I would like to point out that this is not my first negative interaction with Lily. Around a year ago, I inquired about job opportunities for my brother at this same branch, and Lily dismissed me despite there being an available position listed online.
