I had a terrible experience at the Tim Hortons located at the Esso gas station. As I was approaching the drive-thru, a man suddenly jumped in front of my car and aggressively screamed at me, asking why I didn’t stop at the stop sign. I was confused and frightened by his behavior and ended up hitting the side curb. I asked him where the stop sign was, and to my shock, he pointed to a blank metal post with no sign at all! I explained that there was no actual stop sign, and that there was plenty of space for cars to pass, but instead of listening, he rudely yelled that I must be blind and should have known it was a stop sign regardless.
His unprofessional and hostile behavior continued, claiming to be the manager of the location. To make things worse, when I asked for an official record of what happened, he started filming me without my consent. Another customer who drove up after me even pointed out how they never closed off the area or placed any warning signs.
This is a serious safety issue. The lack of clear signage combined with the aggressive and rude behavior of the so-called manager is unacceptable. Tim Hortons and Esso need to seriously reconsider who they have managing their stores and prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers. Instead of receiving an apology for the confusion and stress caused, I was met with rude remarks and unprofessionalism. Completely unacceptable! I recorded everything and will follow up this...

On 15 July, 2025, around 9:30 am, I bought a bagel from this Tim Hortons location. A few minutes later, while eating it outside and after having eaten half of it, I suddenly saw something moving inside it. It was a LIVE COCKROACH inside the food !
The moment I saw it, I felt completely disgusted and nauseous. I started gagging, and I vomited right there. It was so disturbing. I was in complete shock and just couldn’t believe what I had just eaten. It honestly made me feel anxious and shaking.
I went back into the store and told them everything. I also recorded the bagel and have photos and videos as proof. A few people from them called me later, but honestly, the conversations didn’t feel helpful or serious. I expected them to take the situation seriously and show accountability because this was a serious food safety issue, but they didn’t !
After all the stress, I started feeling chest pain and discomfort, and my heart was beating fast. It got to the point that my family doctor told me to go to the hospital based on the heart rate I had. I ended up being it hospital and underwent tests to make sure everything was okay.
This whole thing affected me physically, mentally and emotionally. I still feel disturbed thinking about it, and I never expected something like this from a place I...

I ordered one vanilla ice coffee and one strawberry Oreo creamy chill with two honey crullers and a glass of water, but at first while taking the order the employee was not even listening to my order. When I finished ordering and drive to the window to take my order she was very rude and she poorly packed the donuts. But she did not give the coffee for what i have paid, when i asked her that she gave me strawberry creamy chill instead of strawberry Oreo creamy chill she replied that we are out of it. She should have inform me that she don’t have it while i was ordering. She even didn’t gave me glass of water even after asking again at the window while taking the order, she replied that “they are about to close, so sorry.” If this is the way of TIM HORTON’S to greet their customers then i prefer not to go anymore to their stores.
This is not the first time, each time i came to this store i always had a bad experience. I suggest this store’s supervisor or manager to look after...
