From 1 Star to 5 Stars- long live excellent service!
Summary: As of January 1st, all meals began charging $0.30 for each portion of sauce added.
In general, I understood this (for the items that do not come with sauce). However, my main order is two Farmer Wraps, with Ranch Sauce instead of Chipotle (I am allergic to the chipotle). When substituting, $0.30 was added for Ranch, and an additional $0.30 for extra Ranch. This means that I'm paying an additional $1.20 per order. If I went periodically, this wouldn't matter. But, in 2023, I recorded 92 visits on the app (in reality, it was many more). This means I'd end up paying a couple hundred dollars a year... for sauce (that I'm already paying for once).
As this seemed illogical, I left a post here and subsequently reached out to the appropriate party- resulting in a call with the Regional Manager. The regional manager expressed the same concerns, agreed with the illogical policy of paid substituions, and has put in motion a plan to correct this.

But this time for three days all went well with me n my 3other friends..on the 4thday soup n sandwich was serced without trays. Next day the order was not completed as the other hostess took over inbetween had to remind her to complete the order. Today the 4rth may evening.... It was short of food not much was available at9.20p m ordered just a cheese begal with processed cheese with black pepper n needed toasted.
