一碗专业的麻辣烫 Spicy Pro Hot Pot — Restaurant in Richmond

There are a lot of Malatang restaurants in town, but this is my go-to place when I’m craving for one. Pricing is definitely on the higher side among other Malatang restaurants, but the flavour is worth the price.

Ingredients are fresh and much respect that the server really pay attention to the food quality and hygiene that he observes each customer when they are picking the food to ensure there’s no cross-contamination.

The dry mix pot is my favourite, which is exceptionally delicious with strong aroma from the seaseme sauce.

The marinated chicken & beef are amazingly tender, juicy and flavourful. Hope I knew the secret technique to season and marinate the meat like this. 🥹Needless to say, those marinated meat goes well with any flavour of the soup base and sesame...

Why is this place not viral yet?! This place is seriously such a hidden gem! The spicy dry mix pot is 11/10.

Ingredients are fresh. Sauce is sooooo good and flavourful. Some kind of spicy mala sesame sauce. I got medium spicy, which if you can take an average amount of spice, is not actually that spicy.

Everything was cooked to perfection. You must try the thick biang biang noodles. So chewy. Literally every single topping I got was good. Love the celtuce, tripe, beef, oyster mushroom, wood ear mushroom, cilantro, etc.

I highly recommend!! MUST try. This place has now been added to my favourites...

I came here pretty often because I enjoy the hot pot here. The ingredients taste fresh and the portions are very sufficient～ The owner and the employees are very friendly and welcoming. They serve food very fast.

You must try the appetizers like crispy fried pork and chicken with chilli sauce, they are my top must-order! And the flaming sesame sauce is my favourite broth! It makes me hungry even just thinking about it😋

Would really recommend this restaurant if you are a hot pot lover like me～I'm very satisfied with the food...
