Went here on July 31 2021. Customer service was the worst I've ever had at any business. The cashier (screen said Samantha) obviously hated her job. We ordered 3 green tea drinks then changed them to milk tea instead. There was eye rolling, sighs, annoyed tone, and she tried to guilt trip us. She eventually took the 3 step trek to the kitchen and told them to change the order and loudly called us annoying in Chinese to the kitchen staff. I was with 2 non-Asians so she probably thought I wouldn't understand or something.
Weird thing is we didn't even pay yet. The order was not finalized. We were still in the communicating, changing, and ordering stage.
She had that bad attitude towards everyone else too, not just non-Asians; we could tell by her body language before and after us. It wasn't busy, no long line up. It was not a stressful shift. I can only guess she hates her job and hates people.
If you see Samantha working, go to another boba shop in the area, try Wushiland another day. No amount of sugar can fix the bitter taste...

Our favourite drinks are the black tea latte & recently, the oolong tea latte. The tea lattes are made with real milk compared to the milk teas which use powdered milk (according to staff). What really makes the drink are the topping selections: our favourites being a mix of the boba (mini pearls) and pearls (normal sized pearls). There is no extra charge for mixing the boba and pearls! The pearls are always nicely done - chewy, smooth, perfect sweetness, and fresh.
Service: Staff are fast with making drinks and we never have to wait long.
Bonus: they accept reusable bubble tea cups! You can save $0.25 cents...
