New York Fries Richmond Centre — Restaurant in Richmond

I love New York fries. Yesterday I went at this location to order around 3:40 pm and I saw something unusual, unprofessional behaviour only by one staff member. What I saw there that there was this girl at the front taking orders, handing out orders nicely, she was doing her best and then there was another girl behind the fryer, she was also doing her best, it was busy at that point of time. Coming to the main concern that I saw a girl yawing with her mask off moving at the front desk , she did not care that there are customers at the front and she was looking sleeping. It was busy and she could have offered a little help to other girls but she did not instead she was busy filling up drink and making veggie fries for herself. I saw her taking the fries for herself first then fir the customers the other girl made . I looked very mean and unethical to me. I wonder if she is a shift manager or someone at higher position then the other two girls then the are having a tough time as I could see. She sneezed and was without the mask , looked so sleepy. No concern for the customers waiting and all she was worried about was her own drink and fries.

I recently visited this location, but was met with a deeply disappointing experience. I ordered the bacon double cheese fries and paid for extra cheese sauce, something I always find myself getting many times at other stores

Despite my specific request and paying for extra cheese sauce, the fries were topped with only three pumps of cheese. This was a stark contrast to how generous this brand's other locations are.

When I politely pointed out the issue, the staff's response was not only unhelpful but dismissive and rude. It's clear that this store is run with a frustratingly stingy approach and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I was paying for extra and they don't want to provide what you paid for. Only to get subpar service. A complete letdown from start to finish. I can't believe I had to beg for more cheese sauce when I paid for extra.

This has been, by far, the worst location I have visited. My experiences at the Metrotown, Pacific Centre, and Guildford locations have always been genuinely pleasant, making the disrespectful and rude service here a...
