My afternoon snack #kidsmeals with the parents. I definitely rather have a dilly ice cream bar than a toy 😅 anyday, option for something other than 🍔 with a refreshing with the Misty-Slush 👍 perfect. The lady working the counter was fantastic, if dining in just order then grab a seat and they bring order promptly, staff was attentive and friendly, they were not on their phones, spoke only English amongst each other and helpful with the seniors. I must note they a much better location and more clean than others in Richmond for sure. Curious why DQ not have a bright light atmosphere for their establishments though ?

It's a nice place, the only.one by stevston actually. Just stay away from it on Mondays to Fridays from 12:40-1:30, it gets PACKED. Also i wouldn't recommend the Cheese Burger, it looks nothing like the picture and i got a bun a patty cheese and 1 slice of a pickle so thin i could see right through it. If that wasn't enough the bun tasted wet and soggy. Exactly how you would imagine it would if it fell into water and did not have enough time to dry 3/10 would not recommend

The location is conveniently located in the plaza however the dining area is a bit small. The order was smooth. They made a mistake delivering a different burger than what was ordered but they corrected it very quickly. We order a mix of chicken and beef burgers. We all agreed the taste wasn't great... the meat is either old or just doesn't have good taste. If we come back, we'll just stick to DQ is famous with, that's ice cream and shakes.

I have been going to this DQ for 25 years. We have been having issues with no fudge in the buster bars. I buy them by the boxes. I made a complaint to the manager, who was more then happy to refund the 4 i bought and added 2 more to make a box for me. Yesterday I went to buy a box, but bought an individual one just in case. I was thinking they had fix the no fudge policy in their buster bars. Well the did it again. No fudge in the middle or the bottom on the buster bar. These I buy all the time, why they aren't making them properly even after complaining is beyond me. I have now decided to go to the # 3 rd location. If you're going to make and sell a product , make it properly. Don't skimp out. when someone complains, look into it. You just lost a long time...

Rossana is super friendly and very well at communicate about what we want for the custom cake. This store has issue with delivery tho. I arranged Fantuan to pickup, while the a male staff there was very rude, not trained, and not good at communication, not even bring up our inquiry to the back kitchen. It caused us big trouble and waste of time to coordinate with our Fantuan delivery guy in order to get the cake. I email them back and tell them what was happening. No one replied me a single word. Hope this won't happen to anyone else. Nowadays customer service is the key! I would recommend people to go DQ steveston, if you can't get on hold of Rossana, try another store. That would be my...

The lady serving the ice cream doesn’t wear a mask considering she is preparing ice cream, handling it and holding icecream cones while calling out customer names. Not only that, I asked for a cup for 3 cones to go and she wouldn’t give. She gave me a cup holder and punch a hole on it. The cashier even said that they have been doing it and it works. Clearly its not Dairy queen standard. They are cheaping out on cups. Its all melted and dripping in the car when i got home. Plus i have 2 blizzardsto carry. Cones were dripping in car and floor as i wAlked. Very poor customer service. I hope Dairy queen will maintain their standards whichever...
