We came on a Saturday morning at 8:20am and there was a small line to order. After we had ordered and sat down, the line was long and they told people the wait would be around 30 minutes (depending on what you ordered)
I ordered the thin noodles with pork veg and the satay beef macaroni with an additional side of egg and toast for extra $2 (approx). We got milk tea for both. They are very generous with the amount of milk tea they give. The cup is bigger than usual places. It also is pretty smooth, not bitter and the tea flavour is pretty strong. For me the satay beef macaroni and egg toast was too much for 1 person. I couldn't finish it but for others it will be just right. The macaroni was cooked just eight and the satay beef had a lot of flavour to it. The egg was a tad overdone but overall worth it for the price.
Overall I would go back to get breakfast again and try their lunch items when available. It's economical, the portions are decent and the milk...

One cafe has your standard fare of HK cafe food. But what amazingly sets it apart is the terrible service/wait time that you need to endure for the average food.
Ordered a baked pork chop on rice. Of course there was an expected longer wait time for a baked dish as this is pretty common. But you wouldn't expected to wait 30+ minutes for it in a food court. There was no apology for the long wait time nor were there any answers as to why the food was taking so long. What made it even worse was that the dish was not worth the wait. It was pretty burnt in some spots and the taste was not the best. We've also had their breakfasts in the past and that was average at best.
Save yourself the long wait and and save your taste buds from the bland food. Go to any other stall...

I’ve tried various dishes at One Cafe and almost everything is amazing! ❤️ I’m especially addicted to the lunch menu, but too bad it starts from 11am or I would visit this place everyday for satisfying meals before work.
The pork chop cutlet is amazing that they made it super crispy on the outside and still super tender on the inside.
One Cafe’s curry is deliciously addicting! The curry is not with authentic Hong Kong style, but sort of mix with Southeast Asia style with spices, having a perfect balance between the two!!!
Pork cartilage is perfectly stews - full of flavours and super tender!
Great value for the baked rices with generous portions and full of toppings!
Highly...
