Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Saint John

Best pizza we’ve had in a VERY long time! Absolutely perfect. And the gentleman working on April 3 at the cash at approximately 4:30pm is a total SUPERSTAR!!! So friendly, professional, and he even hand delivered our pizzas to our car window! Wow!!! Service like this doesn’t exist anymore, but obviously this Greco and this phenomenal employee take their customer service to heart. Thank you Sir, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but we will never forget your kindness. Thanks for making our day and our kudos to your pizza chef as well! Bravo!!!👏🍕☝️

Update: The gentleman’s name is Scott! I found this out because I went back into this location 2 nights later and the pizza was even BETTER this time!! Dylan was also phenomenal with his customer service. I encourage everyone to visit this location and I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well soon with my positive feedback....

Absolutely disgusted.

Order pizza and garlic fingers today Feb.8/2017 and couldn't not be anymore unhappy with this place. First off as I arrived I saw an exterminator truck parked beside the building and thought he may just be getting lunch. Until I walked in the door and he is working in the kitchen. Thought it may be a routine check until he came from out back with chemical in his hand. Didn't think too much else of it until about 2-3 hours after eating the absolutely disgusting food. Myself my fiancée and 10 month old son ALL ended up with food poisoning. So they cooked my order that was fed to my child while someone was spraying chemicals in the kitchen. When I called to speak to a manager I could only speak to the "supervisor on duty" who said "there's nothing I can do". No offer of a refund or anything. Will never have my...

I know the owner and am so sorry but...we can't fix what we don't know about.

Usually very good experience with this location but ordered a party pizza w 3 toppings this past Saturday (June 17) for a birthday party. Was very disappointed with the quality this time. The pizza wasn't fully cut, had to hack at it with a kitchen knife. Green peppers were hacked up carelessly not diced, dough was half raw, cheese didn't cover the entirety of the pizza - example: one slice had a slice of pepperoni, literally three dots of cheese and an entire slice of green pepper. Everyone ate it anyway because they were kids and don't care but I was unimpressed.

45 dollars plus delivery and tip...not worth it. At all.

Weekend staff this past weekend needs a slap...
