My go-to place to eat! Everything is so delicious (be prepared to have a few favourites!) I have ordered countless times, and everything has been out of this world. Portion sizes are filling and nourishing, this includes their bowls too! Everything is made to perfection. Brunch is available every day now and I can't recommend the eggs benny enough. The Philly cheesesteak, sushi bowl and tacos are my current favourites. Sausage rolls are great for a quick snack. Lattes are great. I recommend whenever they have a feature take advantage of ordering it!! (Picture of the Smash burger!!). Always amazed at the creations Tyson makes!

The girls behind the counter are always so friendly and take the time to chat with you. On a few occasions, I've been in and they've remembered customers' go-to orders and have it done and ready for them by the time they get to the till...Little things like that really make customers feel special.

Recently, I ordered a large take-out order and the girls were so great at packaging it up and putting the sauces on the side so I could have a few meals while I'm out of town! A taste of my favourite place at home.

I always look forward to popping in because you're greeted with a smile and get to enjoy great food. So grateful to have a place like this in town where everyone can enjoy it no matter their dietary preference. If I could order take-out from Kamloops I would! All vegan all day! Wow. What a serendipitous find in the tiny lakeside village of Salmon Arm. My son found this lovely bistro on Happy Cow. The food was spectacular and all homemade. We had many different things, mainly because we were psyched to find a place with all great vegan food: stuffed croissant and espresso brownie—double yum; sausage rolls, which my English-decent husband happily confirmed tasted just like he recalled as a kid; mushroom benedict. The “eggs” were tremendous! How? The texture and taste were amazing; I don't use that word lightly. The hollandaise sauce was too thick and mustardy for me, but my family loved it. (I am the pickiest eater in the family.) The coffee was excellent. And the service? The woman who helped us was so friendly, cheery, and fabulous!
