Thought I’d give this place a second go as is close to my work . I won’t be back. First of all no communication on items that aren’t available. The lady said “we don’t have that right now” in regards to a mushroom Swiss burger . Alright that’s fine , I asked if they still have hot dogs and was told no . Oh okay that’s fine . I asked for a regular cheese burger and then was impatiently told to choose one patty two or three . When I did they told me the total was 11.50. At the window I was given the machine and not told the price I wasn’t even said hello too .. so I asked the person working rolled there eyes and told me 15 … I paid but I’m shocked that there would be such a discrepancy. I received my food to find my burger squished on the bottom and my poutine upside down .
The first experience I had was. When I wanted a blizzard during the second wave of the pandemic , we went to go in to pay and pick up . Doors were locked 45 mins from close that was posted on the sign with no explanation .
Lots of other great food establishments that are customer orientated in the area tho.
Opa is greaT , Taco Bell, wok, taco time . Dapper doughnut.
edit feb 24th 2022 Not really impressed with the lack of concern management has for multiple bad reviews. Posts the same thing on all the bad reviews. Doesn’t really seem sincere, doesn’t offer a reach out… won’t be back to this location again because of...
Read moreI went to the drive-thru here and the girl taking my order was rushing me. (take note, there was no other cars behind me at that time) I have 5 orders in total, and when I ordered the first 2 she told me to pull ahead to the window, but I still was not done ordering, I ignored what she said and ordered my 3rd order, and right after my third order, she told me AGAIN to pull ahead to the window! Why can't she let me finish first!? She could've ask, "Is that everything??" instead of cutting me off again and again. And also, I can tell by her voice that she is annoyed, maybe because I have too many orders. But then again, that is not an excuse because she chose to work there and she should do her job!! When I finally went to the window to pay, the cashier handed me the machine and as soon as I tapped my card, she grabbed it right away and my card fell into the dirty puddle. She did not even say sorry and she even smirked and laughed when my card fell. And also, I ordered a two 6pc chicken strip basket and they only gave us VERY FEW fries. Obviously, they're doing this because they were annoyed. But why do they have to treat me like that?? I am just ordering as a customer, and they should do their job as an employee. I felt very disrespected and disappointed. VERY...
Read moreWent today at 8:20pm - front doors locked , but lights were on. Could see cashier and knocked, and she looked up at me. She then looked away, didn’t even try to acknowledge me (still knocking…) and ignored me as she went about her business. I thought they must be closed, although the sign with the operating times shows they should be open (see pic I attached). I walked away and quickly checked online and their hours for Monday’s was to close at 8pm. Now I’m good with that, except with the poor behaviour of the cashier who didn’t take the time to actually talk - or acknowledge me. I guess customer service isn’t a priority here. Also get your act together and update your door sign with the actual open and close times. The good news? There is a brand new Burger King across the street that just opened. I got a Hershey Pie for $2.50, way less than a Blizzard. They also sell apple pie, ice cream sundaes and milkshakes. Service was excellent - very friendly. I’d highly recommend that Burger King when you want something sweet, and instead of this...
