Edo Japan — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I have 3 complaints of this visit. My order #648. Today, January 10, 2023. My original order was: "Chicken and beef yakisoba bento box, 2 scoops teriyaki sauce, 2 sides tempura shrimp, and hot sauce on the side." The woman (serv:300) asked me if I wanted rice or noodles. I said, Yakisoba again. Which is noodles. (Does she not know this? - newbie?) I ordered 2 other items. I paid for it. Then...she calls my order. I pick it up and leave without looking inside the bag. I knew this fast food isn't cheap, so I didn't question it when I paid. So...when I finally opened the bag. There were 2 orders of the chicken and beef. One was a bowl with rice (I did NOT order this) and the other was a Bento Box. She also did NOT give me hot sauce. And finally... the avocado rolls (6) were mini sized. NOT your regular sized rolls. I wish I could post images, but I don't see an option to do that. IF I go back there, I'll be sure to ask them to repeat my order and see what you're getting for the price you're...

We ordered chicken and shrimp teriyaki unfortunately after one bite of my bowl I hurt my teeth with a very hard piece of I don’t know what, asked the people in-charge and the cashier said that’s your teeth I said no actually that piece of stone almost break my teeth she called the cook and he said sorry our food is premade we just warm the packages and it must be a problem of the provider he offered me a spring rolls but that is not what I paid for my bowl he tried to excuse then saying must be a hard noodle and he tried to squeeze it and it didn’t break easily I came back to the table and he came to me a few minutes after saying excuse me I think this is teeth I said well now that’s concerning because that is not from me! And we walked away and couldn’t take a picture of the 2 pieces that are like corn! Disappointed he didn’t show...

We're a asian couple that was in the area, we came through for some asian food, the 2 Indian staffs had made eye contact with us as we came in, they see us , one was helping a customer , the other older staff acted like we weren't there, as we stood there waiting to be greeted and to order our food, a caucasian family came in and the older staff quickly greeted them, and took their orders before us, the other staff finally turned to us with an annoyed look and ask what we would like, I just simply walked out, I'm not going to put my money into the hands of people who profit off OUR cultural cuisine yet treat us like second class citizens, never coming back to...
