Went through drive thru, employee continually talking over me was hard to order . They told me the chicken sandwhich would take 8-10 minutes to cook. It took about 5 minutes to even get through the drive thru with no one ahead of us due to drive thru worker … we got our food 25 minutes later after realizing how long it had been we had to go in to get it. Specifically asked for sauce and ketchup and was rushed off by drive thru worker . Neither were in the bag. Once I started eating my chicken sandwhich realized it was burnt and very hard. My husband got the same one and his was totally different . I had had about three bites of sandwhich and ate the chicken drum stick . I called to complain as we had spent 60$ and felt it was due to employee negligence this happened . Was told no refund they would give my new sandwhich. I honestly did not want to eat at this location. So I stated I wanted a refund , was told because I ate my meal they can’t give me refund. I tried many time to explain to the employee on the phone I had a few bites but it was inedible and I would gladly give it back . Once again she spoke over me not understanding at all what was being said and continually spoke over me . She said she would finally get a manager . Came back and no manager was same worker continuing to argue with me . I asked to speak to a manager, manager came and argued with me saying they get “ prank callers “ and people get free meals. So you are going to assume every complaint it a prank and not take it seriously ? Piss poor management , has their underplayed employees handling issues that is not a part of their job . Managers should be handling complaints. Drive thru workers need training . Now I see all the complaints are about burnt food. Avoid this location. If anything they are the ones scamming and wasting peoples time . I did in fact recieve a refund, but I needed to make a review because I’m in shock of the way this location...
Read moreIt's KFC, so with that being said you either go or don't. It's just this location needs to step up their standards and if this review helps than all the merrier for the consumer. If I sound critical of this location, it's just because this year has been strictly a miss with their service. First off, their 12 piece meal was all drumsticks, so the feeling I was left with was it's all a gamble on the selection of chicken pieces rather than with a preset selection (I still am amazed at not getting a thigh or wing or anything else but a drumstick really). Secondly, the chicken on 2 occasions where overcooked to the point the chicken was dry and the seasoning was salty. This next point really isn't strictly on behalf of this location, but those who choose to deliver for them. The first driver was late, and I mean late, and he blamed it on not being able to find the building number and as I was calling him on the phone seeing as I watched him pass me twice as he circled my block twice he still couldn't find me. When he finally arrived which I basically had to meet him halfway down the block, he felt entitled to a tip when I told him I was not happy with what just happened. The second driver basically played the duck in a sense like oh I don't got change for a 10. Really? Like come on guys! Get your S#!? together. Your a franchise and I am sure there is a level of satisfaction you must...
Read moreWent to the KFC at 1:30 pm on September/26/22 wasn't busy the 2 girls working were talking away will I was standing there wanting to place a order.After almost 5 minutes of waiting one of the girls came and took my order I had a Zinger combo I had a 2 minute drive back to work to find my Fry's cold and over cooked.I called the restaurant back to complain about the cold Fry's and the lady told me this happens...my sandwich had brown lettuce and was just a bit warm I asked for a refund and she said she would replace or credit me for my Fry's...after a bit more complaining she decided to hang up on me so I contacted a different KFC to get a head office number to call and let them know what happened now I'm waiting for a call back and when I talked to a gentleman in the customer service department I told I just want a refund for my order and that I would NEVER GO BACK THERE TO THE STORE ON 22ND ST again....will follow up when I recieve a call back......I have work as a manager for many years in the restaurant business and couldn't believe the attitude I received from that employee....Customer service is always number 1 and also the customer is the one paying...
