This is a hard pass. The dough being used and possibly the baking time are not consistent with what a pretzel should be. It's more like a buttered and salted bun or loaf of bread. Supposed to be chewy, heavy, bit stretchy. Not fluffy inside and crispy like an overcooked loaf of bread on the outside.

Save your money, there are better pretzel makers...

Second time in a row I have been to this location and they were out of pretzels both times. The mall is open till 8pm and it isn't even 7 yet. There was a few people ahead of me who were turned away as well. In the future I will avoid this particular location and choose to go to another mall to get my...

Giving this store 5 star not only for good pretzels but for an amazing service provided by Jess. I was having low blood sugar and without hesitation and judgment she let me have my drinks even before paying, which I rarely see in the service industry. Kuddos...
