Pizza Bite — Restaurant in Saskatoon

This is a family run facility and sometimes with these types of business, change is a hard thing for the decision makers. There is only one hard metal table here and it is insufficient. It looks as though they built a wall closing off 2/3 of a bakery. I also noticed was that there were a lot of people back in the kitchen that just seemed to be hanging out. For me this is a major safety and hygiene issue. One cook and a prepper should be sufficient in my opinion. The only reason for the 3 stars was because i the young lady that was helping me place my order. I had the identified the dish first three wouldn't have any need for her to do anything to improve this review. The worst part of all was that after all of the confusion about the dish I had thought I'd ordered didn't even look remotely like the picture. The best part is that I loved the food. The lady charged more than usual price for sweets (e.g, laddu is $6.99/lb as posted on website but she charged $8.99 /lb. We purchased 2 lbs. of sweets at the "suddenly increased price" at the counter. Neither the cost was displayed at the counter shelves nor she followed the regular posted price on 'pizza bite website. When we asked, she did not reply, she said she did not understand English and only Hindi, in a angry voice. This is bullying and cheating the customers "on face", inspite of asking for the actual price and when was the price increased?? Very disappointed being regular customers. This place use to provide really good food but I don't know what happened. I've 3 incidents with the delivery which are gone from worse to even worst experiences. 1. Ordered the food. They promise an hour of delivery time and it came after almost 2 hours. 2. Ordered the food and it was all draining in the bag. (Embarrassed in front of my guests as I can't even serve them anything) 3. Ordered the food, it took them 2.5 hours to deliver the food. The pizza's were cold and apparently I've to throw them out and the worst part is when I asked for the receipt at the time of the Delivery, that guy totally refused it to give it to me.
