TacoTime — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I went threw the 22nd street location straight from work grabbed food for me and my kids. I ordered 15 hard shell tacos, and mexi fries plus drinks my order came to $85 dollars I get all the way home and they forgot a taco when I complained they said they will put in there book for a free taco I said it’s not a “free taco” I was charged for it, then they told me to come pick up I told him by the time I drive bk all my food would be cold, plus it’s snowing bad roads are bad and gas is expensive, so I gave the kids there food and went bk with my meal, when i got bk to the restaurant I asked them to either re mark the 4 tacos and fries that got cold and soggy while I had to drive bk he refused so I told him then I want my money bk for those 4 tacos he also refused I told him I don’t want to eat hard tacos that’s were cold and soggy now that it was there fault, he then tells me to just throw it in the garbage then that they were not going to make the order right. I asked to speak to there manager he also refused to call all around bad service and bad food they don’t even deserve one star even the fries were cold to begin with I drove to 8th street location and they replaced the food even though wasn’t even from there location there service is awesome and foods fresh n hot nvr going to 22nd location again rude staff and cold...

Went to go dine in & the doors are locked the last 5 times I went & it was 7:30 pm then today March and 16th at 8:23 pm I arrive again to go dine in & the doors are locked but on the sign sign says open daily till 9pm when I call to ask if they are open I get told yeah they are but then I proceed to ask well if you open why are the doors locked last time I checked if you advertise that your business even on google says open for dine in, take out & delivery till 9pm don’t you have to do that & looking further into it to lock your business doors before you advertise the close time is a big $$ fine definitely was not pleased to arrive for the 5th time in a row & find the same result everytime will definitely be going further down the rabbit hole to find the outcome & penalties that come along with this cause that is outrageous & when you go to knock on the window to let the employees know their door is locked they just stare at you shaking their heads No & go back to scrolling on their phones sad because I really enjoy taco time but after 5 times it’s really annoying at this point but definitely am gonna follow up with this cause as a business that’s not right to advertise store...

I have been enjoying the fast food @ 22nd since it opened. The short order cook is exceptional, not too greasy, but just right with that perfect satisfying crunch. I'm not sure if it's the same one, but the franchise owners ensure the quality stays the same. Mind you, I always order the same thing: toca salad bowl, either black bean or ground beef with Dr. Pepper and extra enchiladas sauce. The salad has fresh iceberg lettuce, juicy corn, tomatoes, and onions full of vitatim C served in a crisp and crunchy taco bowl. Normally, we go to one of the local Mexican restaurants, but I enjoy this particular Taco time because it's in my neighborhood, and consistency is important. The dining area is well lite from the evening sun. But it's been a while since I went inside, but I do remember the step-up adequately accommodated a wheelchair. Enough space to maneuver from the till to a table. I like basking in the setting sun. The central heating and cooling system makes this possible, so two thumbs up...
